A woman, once weighed down by society's demands
Feeling like her true self was lost in the sands
She'd follow the rules, always doing what they said
But this life felt like a prison, in which she was kept
She yearned to feel free, to be liberated
But the chains of conformity were tightly weighted
She'd watch others with envy, who were so carefree
And wished she could be, living wildly and glee
But then one day she decided to take the plunge
To be herself, to no longer be strung
She stopped caring about the world's demands
And began to dance, following her own commands
The world watched in awe, not knowing what to say
As she moved in a way that felt so freeing and okay
The chains of conformity had finally been broken
She felt alive and was no longer so token
The woman danced like no one was watching
And felt liberated, her heart soaring and launching
The weight of the world had been lifted off her
And she was free, and it felt like she could DARE (Dismiss All Rigid Expectations)
